Central Office TEN

About the Central Office TEN

The Central Office TEN is for Cabinet-level school district central office leaders who want to accelerate the design and implementation of central office transformation in their systems using DL2's research as a main anchor. Drawn from in-depth investigations in 10 districts of varying sizes, the DL2 research findings elaborate how Teaching & Learning, Human Resources, Principal Supervision, Operations, and the Superintendent's Cabinet support principals in leading for excellent and equitable teaching and learning.

As part of the Central Office TEN, you will participate in various activities online and on-site in member districts to learn while doing-- deepening your understanding of central office transformation as you design and implement your own approaches and support your colleagues' efforts. “The Central Office TEN learning has been really powerful for us. They provide tools and processes and the research—we just come back and back to the research like our North Star to check, “Do we really understand these ideas? Are we moving them forward in the best ways?”

-Superintendent

“The Central Office TEN has really catalyzed us to take our work to the next level…. Now it’s not just me but… [the rest of the Cabinet] meeting regularly, going to the consultancies, seeing, ‘Hey, we can do this.”

-Associate Superintendent of Teaching & Learning
