About COHRT

The Central Office Human Resources Transformation (COHRT) Learning Series is a set of online experiences that aim to help school district central office Human Resources (HR) directors and staff transform their HR units into drivers of teacher quality and diversity.

Work through the COHORT Learning Series at a pace that makes sense to you to:

Deepen your understanding of the latest research on how the work of school district central office HR units matters to teacher quality and diversity
Expand your imagination about how those units can lead in ways that reflect and innovate beyond the research
